Job Title: Salesforce Solution Architect Pre-Sales
Location: Pune
Experience: 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem with 3+ years in pre-sales / solutioning roles
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business goals, pain points, and technology landscape.
- Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions that are scalable, secure, and aligned with client needs.
- Create compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and effort estimates for RFPs/RFIs.
- Present solutions confidently to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to support deal closures.
- Build and demonstrate functional prototypes, proof of concepts, and product demos when needed.
- Stay updated with the Salesforce product roadmap, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Required Skills:
- Deep expertise in core Salesforce products Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture principles, best practices, and design patterns.
- Exposure to Data Cloud and Agentforce is a must.
- Exposure to Marketing Cloud, AppExchange Development or MuleSoft is a plus.
- Prior experience in responding to RFPs, estimating efforts, and preparing technical solution documents.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and vice versa.
Certifications:
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect (Required)
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) a big plus
Additional certifications in Sales, Service, Experience, or Marketing Cloud preferred
