Role Purpose

TCS is redefining the future of Finance & Accounting services through an Autonomous Global Business Services (GBS) model that fundamentally reimagines how finance operates. We are looking for visionary Solution Leads who can shape this next-generation paradigm by converging AI, intelligent automation, data, platforms, and deep finance process expertise into self-optimizing, insight-led ecosystems.

This role goes beyond traditional solutions. It is about reinventing finance operations from transaction-centric delivery models to predictive, autonomous, and value-centric operating ecosystems that continuously learn, adapt, and drive enterprise outcomes.

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in driving growth for TCS Finance & Accounting practice by creating differentiated solutions, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and architecting large-scale transformation programs for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Solutioning & Growth

• Build industry-leading Finance & Accounting transformation solutions aligned to the Autonomous GBS vision.

• Develop differentiated offerings across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Compliance, ESG reporting, and CFO analytics.

• Partner with sales, consulting, alliances, and delivery teams to drive revenue growth and large transformational deal pursuits.

• Lead solution strategy for multi-tower global engagements and integrated operating models.

• Develop outcome-based value propositions focused on business impact, agility, intelligence, resilience, and enterprise value creation.

Autonomous Finance Transformation

• Design target operating models for autonomous finance organizations leveraging:

o Generative AI

o Agentic AI frameworks

o Intelligent automation

o Hyperautomation

o Process mining

o Predictive analytics

o Digital twins

o Autonomous workflow orchestration

• Architect self-learning finance ecosystems capable of continuous optimization and proactive decision support.

• Help clients transition from reactive finance operations to predictive and prescriptive operating paradigms.

• Enable finance functions to evolve into enterprise intelligence and value orchestration hubs.

AI-Led Innovation & Platforms

• Create AI-native finance transformation frameworks and reusable solution accelerators.

• Drive convergence of:

o ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, S/4HANA)

o AI ecosystems

o Data platforms

o Cloud-native architectures

o Finance workflow technologies

• Collaborate with hyperscalers, SaaS partners, and AI ecosystem providers to co-create offerings.

• Develop solutions that embed autonomous controls, real-time insights, exception intelligence, and touchless processing capabilities.

Client Advisory & Executive Engagement

• Engage with CFOs, GBS leaders, CAOs, Controllers, and Transformation Offices as a trusted strategic advisor.

• Lead executive workshops, design thinking envisioning sessions around future-ready finance operating models.

• Influence enterprise transformation agendas with thought leadership on Autonomous Finance and AI-enabled GBS.

• Present compelling business cases, transformation roadmaps, and value realization frameworks.

Practice Development

• Build reusable assets, industry-specific playbooks, and transformation frameworks.

• Collaborate with high-performing sales teams across geographies.

• Drive analyst positioning, market messaging, and innovation-led differentiation.

• Contribute to capability building in emerging areas such as:

o Autonomous close

o AI-led controllership

o Intelligent working capital optimization

o Cognitive finance operations

o Finance digital command centers

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

• 15+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, GBS, Shared Services, Consulting, or Finance Operations.

• Strong experience in solutioning and transformation-led business development for large global enterprises.

• Proven track record in winning and scaling large managed services or transformation engagements.

• Experience working with Fortune 100 clients across multiple industries.
