- 17+ years in IT services with strong focus on pre‑sales, solutioning, and large deal leadership.
- Proven experience leading complex, multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑tower deals.

- Strong understanding of:

- Cloud & Infrastructure services
- AI / GenAI, Data & Analytics platforms
- Testing, Automation & Managed Services
- Experience embedding AI into enterprise solutions, including modernization, efficiency, and business transformation use‑cases.
Industry Exposure
- Experience in one or more verticals such as Life Sciences, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing or Travel, Transport & Hospitality (TTH) is a strong advantage.
Leadership & Communication
- Ability to inspire and lead senior pre‑sales teams and architect communities.
- Exceptional storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology required.
- MBA preferred; AI / Cloud / Architecture certifications are an added advantage.
