Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and technically strong Presales Solution Architect Cloud ERP to join our growing ERP practice. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic bridge between business development, customers, and delivery teams by designing scalable ERP solutions aligned with client business goals.

The candidate should possess strong expertise in Finance and Logistics business processes, along with hands-on exposure to modern Cloud ERP ecosystems such as Odoo, Zoho, Campfire, Rellit, or similar platforms.

This role requires strong consultative selling skills, solution architecture capabilities, AI-driven business transformation knowledge, and the ability to influence CXO-level stakeholders through value-driven presentations and solution demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Consulting & Discovery

  • Conduct requirement gathering and discovery workshops with clients.
  • Analyze client pain points across:
    • Finance (GL, AP, AR, Taxation, Costing, Consolidation)
    • Logistics (Inventory, Procurement, Warehouse, Supply Chain)
  • Design scalable Cloud ERP solution architectures aligned with business objectives.
Presales & Product Demonstrations

  • Deliver impactful ERP product demonstrations tailored to customer use cases.
  • Present Day-in-the-Life scenarios for various business departments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during client presentations, negotiations, and technical discussions.

Proposal & RFP Management

  • Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, estimations, and architecture diagrams.
  • Own end-to-end RFP/RFI responses and scope definition activities.
  • Create ROI-driven presentations and business value propositions.

AI & Automation Consulting

  • Recommend AI-driven enhancements for ERP ecosystems such as:
    • AI-based reporting and analytics
    • Workflow automation
    • Intelligent document processing
    • Predictive inventory and finance insights
    • Chatbot integrations and AI copilots
  • Work closely with technical teams to position AI-enabled ERP transformation strategies.
Proof of Concept (POC)

  • Configure and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) aligned with customer requirements.
  • Demonstrate integrations, automation workflows, and ERP capabilities.

Partner & Vendor Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ERP platform partners and vendors.
  • Coordinate with implementation partners and product teams for joint opportunities.
  • Stay updated with partner programs, certifications, licensing models, and roadmap updates.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Track emerging ERP trends and technologies in Cloud ERP and AI.
  • Analyze competitors and positioning strategies across platforms like Odoo, Zoho, Campfire, Rellit, and other ERP solutions.

Transition & Delivery Alignment

  • Ensure smooth handover from presales to implementation teams.
  • Maintain alignment between proposed architecture and final delivery execution.

    • AI-enabled ERP capabilities
    • Workflow automation tools
    • API integrations
    • Cloud architecture concepts
    • Data migration strategies
    • Reporting & analytics platforms
Consultative Selling

  • Ability to engage and influence CFOs, COOs, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong business communication and presentation skills.

Partner Ecosystem Management

  • Experience coordinating with technology partners, ERP vendors, and implementation teams.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ERP Functional or Solution Architect certifications.
  • Exposure to SaaS business models.
  • Experience working in IT Services or ERP consulting firms.
  • Knowledge of AI copilots, Generative AI tools, or business automation platforms.
