Presales & Client Engagement
- Partner with sales & business teams to identify opportunities in ADMS & Testing domains.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, pain points, and business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, presentations, and demos.
- Define value propositions and differentiators tailored to client needs.
- Support bid management and client workshops.
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end application modernization, maintenance, and testing solutions (functional, technical, and operational).
- Define scalable and cost-effective architecture leveraging cloud, microservices, automation, DevOps, and AI-driven QE tools.
- Establish frameworks for functional, non-functional, automation, and performance testing.
- Build re-usable accelerators, templates, and reference architectures.
Delivery Enablement
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Provide technical governance during transition/mobilization phases.
- Define SLAs, KPIs, and governance models for ADMS & Testing programs.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies in proposed solutions.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI/ML for testing, RPA in ADMS, DevOps, CICD, observability, and AIOps.
- Contribute to internal Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for ADMS & Quality Engineering.
- Mentor teams on solutioning and presales best practices.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Win ratio on RFPs/RFIs supported.
- Solution accuracy vs. delivery execution (variance 10%).
- Client satisfaction (CSAT/NPS) for transitioned deals.
- Revenue growth influenced by ADMS & Testing solutions.
- Number of re-usable solution assets/templates created.
