Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site PreSales role located in Pune, focused on the real estate sector. The role involves supporting the sales team by managing client inquiries, providing property information, and assisting in client interactions. The PreSales professional will collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads, nurture client relationships, and contribute to achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service. Maintaining an organized sales pipeline and staying up-to-date on market trends will also be essential tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience range 6 Months to 2 yrs in real estate industry.
• Knowledge of Real Estate industry and Real Estate Development processes
• Skills in Real Property evaluation and understanding of associated legal and commercial aspects
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques specific to the real estate domain
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and build trust with clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Proven ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Relevant experience in the real estate sector will be highly advantageous
