Job Description for Pre- Sales

Customer Needs Analysis:

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and thoroughly understand customer business challenges and technical requirements.

Solution Design & Development:

Develop customized, viable IT solutions that align with customer needs and leverage the company's products or services.

Technical Presentations & Demos:

Prepare and deliver engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase solution capabilities and value to clients.

Proposal & Documentation:

Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

Liaison & Collaboration:

Act as a technical liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal technical and product development teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment.

Proof of Concept (POC):

Plan and conduct Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate proposed solutions and their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.

Hands on experience in B2B/SaaS product demo is a must
