Presales Manager – Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Practice

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional with more than 10 years of expertise across presales, bid management, practice management, and business and strategic planning. This role will support the growth and development of our Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Practice.

The successful candidate will collaborate with practice leaders, sales and presales teams, delivery teams, solution architects, and business units to:

• Drive strategic initiatives.
• Support customer pursuits.
• Develop practice assets.
• Manage key governance activities.
• Strengthen the practice's overall market proposition.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity services, with the ability to develop compelling business propositions, customer-facing collateral, and go-to-market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial and Contractual Support

• Demonstrate a sound understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and pricing models.
• Draft clear and comprehensive statements of work (SoWs).

Delivery and Governance

• Govern the end-to-end delivery of cloud, infrastructure, and security projects and programs.
• Lead project governance meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and operational reviews.
