  • Oversee end-to-end lead management from multiple sources (digital campaigns, walk-ins, channel partners, referrals).
  • Ensure prompt lead allocation, follow-ups, and qualification as per defined SLAs.
  • Drive conversion of enquiries into site visits and bookings through structured follow-up strategies.
  • Manage, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Pre-Sales / CRM executives.
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, call quality, and customer handling.
  • Handle high-value or escalated customer interactions professionally.
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and interaction history in the CRM system.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data capture in CRM systems.
  • Prepare MIS reports on lead sources, conversion ratios, response times, and team performance.
  • Analyze data to identify gaps and recommend process improvements.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Channel Sales teams to align on campaigns and targets.
  • Provide feedback to marketing teams on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support site sales teams by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.
  • Generate requisite reports on regular basis and other presales activities assigned by reporting manager.
  • Allocating leads to respective sales team member and collecting feedback.

  • Checking market reviews of company website and competitor's website.
  • To create various MIS Reports and other presales activities as allocated by higher ups.
  • To carry out all other responsibilities assigned by your reporting manager.
