Role & responsibilities
1. Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from various channels (digital campaigns, portals, walk-ins, referrals)
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and intent
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
2. Client Interaction
- Contact potential clients via calls, emails, and messages
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable projects
- Provide accurate project details (pricing, amenities, location benefits)
3. Site Visit Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales executives
- Ensure clients are properly briefed before visits
- Follow up post-visit for feedback and conversion
4. Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Assist in achieving sales targets by nurturing leads
- Track lead progress and conversion ratios
5.Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
- Generate daily/weekly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline
- Analyze lead quality and campaign performance
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects
- Handle initial queries and objections professionally
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of real estate market, property types, and pricing
- Experience with CRM tools
