Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the pre-sales team to handle all inbound/outbound leads.
  • Ensure timely lead qualification, follow-up, and nurturing to improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to schedule site visits, meetings, and property presentations.
  • Build and optimize lead management processes, scripts, and follow-up workflows.
  • Track lead performance, team productivity, and CRM data accuracy.
  • Train telecallers and pre-sales executives on product knowledge and communication.
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on lead flow and conversion metrics.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience from first interaction to handover to sales.

Requirements:

  • 13+ years of experience in pre-sales/telecalling; real estate experience preferred.
  • Proven team-handling and process-management skills.
  • Strong communication, customer-handling, and follow-up abilities.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and lead management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, analyze data, and optimize workflows.
  • Graduate preferred; strong command over English & regional languages is a plus.
