Role Overview
We are seeking a senior Digital Marketing / MarTech Pre-Sales Lead to own solutioning and pre-sales engagements for global enterprise clients. The role requires deep expertise in digital marketing platforms, MarTech ecosystems, and client-facing solution design, along with strong presentation and commercial skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end pre-sales and solutioning activities including RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, and client presentations.
- Partner with sales and delivery teams to design scalable digital marketing and MarTech solutions aligned with client business goals.
- Conduct client discovery workshops to understand marketing objectives, customer journeys, and technology landscapes.
- Define solution architecture across CRM, marketing automation, personalization, analytics, and customer data platforms.
- Own effort estimation, pricing inputs, assumptions, risks, and dependencies for proposals.
- Present solutions to global clients, senior stakeholders, and CXO-level audiences.
- Support POCs, demos, and technical workshops during the pre-sales lifecycle.
- Contribute to reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior pre-sales and solutioning team members.
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, MarTech, or Digital Consulting.
- Proven track record in pre-sales / solutioning roles, including RFPs, proposals, and client presentations.
- Strong hands-on experience with MarTech platforms such as Adobe (AEM, Campaign), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to design and articulate end-to-end digital marketing solutions.
- Solid understanding of campaign management, personalization, CRM, analytics, and customer journey orchestration.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a client-facing, global pre-sales environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global enterprise clients across regions (US, UK, EU, APAC).
- Exposure to CDPs, consent management, data & analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in MarTech implementations.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Digital Marketing are a plus.
