The Founder

Role Overview

We're looking for dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Manager with experience in inside sales, or lead management. The ideal candidate will handle inbound leads, qualify prospects, and support the sales team in driving conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Pre-Sales Executives.
  2. Set daily/weekly targets and monitor performance.
  3. Conduct regular training for call quality and lead handling.
  4. Oversee the complete pre-sales funnel from lead capture to qualification.
  5. Ensure timely follow-up and accurate lead qualification.
  6. Improve conversion rates across all funnel stages.
  7. Create and refine calling scripts, qualification frameworks, and SOPs.
  8. Standardize communication across calls, email, WhatsApp, and CRM.
  9. Identify bottlenecks and improve lead flow efficiency.
  10. Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and handover process.
  11. Coordinate with Marketing on campaigns and lead insights.
  12. Liaise with Developer Relations for updated project information.
  13. Handle escalations related to pre-sales communication.
  14. Step in for high-value or critical leads when needed.
  15. Ensure customers receive a professional and seamless first impression.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  1. 35 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or sales operations (real estate preferred).
  2. Minimum 12 years of team leadership experience.
  3. Strong communication and people management skills.
  4. Proven ability to drive KPIs and achieve conversion targets.
  5. Expertise in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret funnels and performance data.
  7. Goal-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused mindset.
