Job Title: Presales Lead Analyst (AI-Driven IT Services)

Location - Bangalore and Hybrid 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Presales Lead Analyst to strengthen our presales function and elevate our positioning as a leader in AI-driven IT services. This role will play a critical part in shaping client engagements through compelling proposals, thought leadership assets, and AI-enabled presales practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proposal & RFP Management

• Lead end-to-end responses for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals across multiple industry domains

• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and leadership to craft differentiated, high-quality responses

• Ensure alignment of proposals with client requirements, win themes, and business strategy

• Build reusable content and response frameworks to improve turnaround time and consistency

2. Capability Development & Knowledge Management

• Own and continuously enhance capability presentations, solution decks, and collateral

• Act as the custodian of the organization's presales knowledge repository

• Standardize content structures, messaging, and storytelling across domains and service lines

• Ensure all artifacts reflect current market trends, AI capabilities, and company positioning

3. AI Enablement in Presales

• Drive adoption of AI tools to improve presales efficiency

• Develop AI-assisted frameworks for proposal writing, content creation, and research

• Identify and implement automation opportunities across the presales lifecycle

• Measure and continuously improve productivity gains through AI integration

4. Thought Leadership & Market Positioning

• Contribute to positioning Marlabs as a leader in AI-enabled IT services

• Develop industry-specific narratives, POVs, and solution offerings

• Align messaging with emerging trends across key sectors

• Support marketing and leadership teams with insights and content for campaigns and events

5. Process Optimization

• Streamline and standardize the RFP response lifecycle

• Define best practices, templates, and governance models for presales activities

• Improve turnaround time, win rates, and content quality through structured processes

• Track and analyze presales metrics to drive continuous improvement

6. Team Enablement & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide junior presales analysts and team members

• Conduct training sessions on proposal writing, storytelling, and AI tools

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning

• Support hiring and onboarding of new presales team members
