We are looking for a motivated Presales Executive / Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in telecalling or sales and will play a crucial role in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales opportunities.
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services to meet those needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from presales to sales.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to help shape product offerings.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a telecalling or presales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
