This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Presales Executive in the Real Estate domain. As a Presales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, managing inquiries, coordinating with customers, preparing proposals (RFP), and effectively communicating the value proposition of our projects to potential clients. You will act as a key point of contact between the company and prospective customers, ensuring exceptional service and addressing their queries to support the sales process.

• Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to establish customer relationships
• Experience in Sales and the ability to meet targets effectively
• Understanding of RFP processes and proposal preparation
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address customer needs and queries
• Motivated and proactive with the ability to work in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
