Designation: Presales Executive - Real Estate
Experience: 2-3 years
Location: Apte road, pune
Job Responsibilities:
-Call on leads generated by internal/external resources
-Convincing prospects to visit the site by sharing project information
-Manage relationships with interested clients until the deal closed
-Explain site information and answer questions about site
-Line up site visits and follow up with clients.
-Lead generation & management
-Ensure follow-up of leads
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
-Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Desired Skill Set:
· -Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
· -Good knowledge of Real estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years into Outbound calling
· -Proven sales ability and convincing power
· -Good communication skills and fluency in English is a must.
· -Open for learning
· -Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
