Role Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Pre-sales Executive to drive outbound lead generation and pipeline creation. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, qualifying leads based on IT challenges and business goals, and scheduling high-quality meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Execute high-volume outbound cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to identify and engage key decision-makers.
- Pipeline Management: Qualify leads according to defined criteria (industry, size, revenue) and maintain a healthy, active sales pipeline.
- Strategic Outreach: Design email templates and scripts for campaigns, ensuring consistent communication across global markets (US, APAC, India, ME, UK).
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot), analyze activity reports, and ensure all lead status updates are current.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handovers, provide business insights, and support marketing initiatives.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience: 3–5 years in Pre-sales, Inside Sales, or Business Development, preferably within the IT services or software industry.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and research platforms (LinkedIn, ZoomInfo).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to engage prospects and handle objections effectively.
- Analytical Ability: Strong research skills to validate contact information and understand project specifications to generate high-quality leads.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated, target-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
