Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing valuable insights, engaging with potential clients, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase our properties and services.
Key Responsibilities:
.Engage with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and business opportunities.
.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing continuous support and follow-ups.
.Analyse competitor offerings and market activities to strengthen sales strategies.
.Coordinate and assist in property site visits, tours, and promotional events.
.Collect and analyse customer feedback to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
Qualifications & Experience:
.The candidate should have strong analytical and project management skills, confident and dynamic personality.
.Should have strong creative outlook Excellent communication skills, Negotiation skills, Client Relationship and Management skills.
.Expertise in sales and marketing, experience of selling Luxury Apartments (High ticket selling).
.Highly skilled, motivated and targeted oriented.
.Must be self-motivator and self-starter, excellent time management skills.
.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target
.Good to have some sales experience (real estate industry).
