Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Presales Executive to support our expanding business across the Pharma, Healthcare, and Lifesciences sectors.

The ideal candidate is a proactive sales professional with experience in lead generation, client engagement, and business development. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and healthcare while contributing directly to revenue growth and strategic client acquisition across global markets, including the US and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across Pharma, Lifesciences, Healthcare, and GCC segments.
  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and strategic networking.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for AI-led transformation.
  • Schedule and coordinate discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive-level discussions.
  • Support the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification through proposal development and deal closure.
  • Assist in creating proposals, commercial documents, presentations, and pricing discussions.
  • Maintain accurate lead and pipeline information within CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams to execute targeted campaigns and outbound initiatives.
  • Track and report key sales metrics, including pipeline health, conversion rates, meetings booked, and revenue opportunities.
  • Support webinars, industry events, and demand-generation programs focused on pharma and healthcare organizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Presales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales.
  • Prior exposure to Pharma, Healthcare, Lifesciences, Data Analytics, SaaS, or Technology Sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and consultative selling approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach and prospecting tools
  • CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Notion, etc.)
  • AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT
  • MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong ownership mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
