About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pre-Sales Team Member to join our team at Nambiar Builder. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and converting inbound leads, including calls and inquiries, into successful Site Visits and client engagements. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills who can effectively understand client needs and articulate how Properties of Nambiar Builder's can meet those needs.
Responsibilities
- Managing Calls & Prospect generation: Conduct high volume outbound/inbound calls to clients and introduce our real estate Properties and offerings. Engage in meaningful conversations, clarify information and understand client needs.
- Prospect Generation & Information Sharing: Possess detailed knowledge of the Nambiar Properties and provide accurate information about available properties, including features, amenities, pricing etc.
- Follow-Up: Perform follow-up calls in a timely manner to nurture leads, warm-up existing old leads and provide additional information as needed.
- Scheduling Site visits: Convert the customers into prospects and schedule Site Visits for the properties. Demonstrate an aptitude for sales, be able to ask for the next site visit.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Calls, Leads, interactions, and client details in the CRM system (Salesforce) as per the SOP.
- Target-oriented: Strong ability to achieve/overachieve weekly targets and earn higher incentives. Both quantitative & qualitative targets should be met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Site Office teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction for all Site Visits.
- Customer Service: Be the face of the brand & establish a positive rapport. Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions and always maintain highest brand value of Nambiar Builders.
Qualifications
Any degree with good communication skills.
