About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to engage with prospective customers, qualify leads, understand client requirements, and support the sales team in driving business growth. The role is key to creating a positive customer experience and building strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete pre-sales cycle from lead generation to client engagement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to qualify and nurture leads.
- Map client requirements with project offerings and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Generate reports on lead status, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required.
