Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Presales Executive, located in Noida. The Presales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating potential leads, effectively communicating solutions to clients, preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and providing outstanding customer service. The role also entails maintaining relationships with clients and collaborating closely with the sales team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Lead Generation and Sales processes
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in preparing Responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and an organized approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the construction or window system industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
