Presales Executive

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Presales Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Presales Executive will focus on identifying and generating leads, managing initial communication with potential clients, understanding customer needs, and assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations. This role also involves close collaboration with sales teams to provide pre-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Sales
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Request for Proposals (RFP) and proposal documentation preparation
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales software is an asset
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Previous experience in the chemical, coatings, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
