Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive /CRM Industrial Leasing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive to handle lead coordination, requirement understanding (RNR), CRM updates, inventory matching, proposal sharing, and site visit coordination for industrial properties such as warehouses, factories, and sheds.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming leads and update details in Salesforce CRM.Call prospects to understand requirements (size, location, budget, timeline).

Maintain accurate lead data and avoid duplication in CRM.Qualify leads and convert eligible leads into opportunities.

Coordinate with internal teams to match tenant requirements with available properties.Prepare and share property proposals with tenants.

Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.Coordinate and schedule site visits with landlords and inspection teams.Support the sales team with complete client details and communication history.

Maintain basic lead and proposal tracking reports.

Preferred Experience

13 years experience in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales / Real EstateExposure to CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Real estate -Resi or industrial leasing experience is a plus
