Mandatory Skills

Hands-on experience with Presales Enterprise Architect.

9+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies. 2+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role is preferred.

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of Java, Spring, Hibernate, React JS, NOSQL DB, Gen AI and other relevant Java technologies.

- Experience with application modernization methodologies and tools, create High level and low level design.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Client-Facing Skills : Proven ability to build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions effectively.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address client challenges.

- Business Acumen : Understanding of business drivers and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our solutions.
