Presales Engineer

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Presales Engineer to join our team at our Mumbai office. The Presales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, performing product demonstrations, and preparing customized solutions. The role includes providing technical support to the sales team, integrating proposed solutions into client environments, and addressing security-related queries. The individual will also contribute to fostering strong client relationships by identifying pain points and effectively communicating the value of Prophaze's offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in Presales and Sales, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients
• Proficiency in providing technical support and assisting in solution integration
• Strong understanding of Security practices and tools in the domains of WAF, API Security, and DDoS protection
• Strong expertise in WAAP solutions like WAF, Bot & DDoS Mitigation and API Security from any AppSec Vendor would be preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer orientation, and collaboration abilities
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and IT infrastructure is an added advantage
