Job Overview

Looking for a Presales Engineer with experience in IT solutions, networking and technical product support. The role involves customer demonstrations, solution design, troubleshooting and supporting sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer environments and configure/install products in customer networks.
• Troubleshoot network, Windows and Linux OS-related issues.
• Support product demonstrations and resolve technical issues.
• Understand project requirements and coordinate on hardware, software, drivers and firmware solutions.
• Conduct technical training for partners and regional sales teams.
• Support sales teams and partners as a Product Specialist.
• Design IT solutions with focus on networking and security.
• Understand customer requirements, technical specifications, solutions and compliance needs.
• Travel across Delhi and assigned regions as required.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of Presales / IT Solution experience.
• Strong knowledge of Networking and Network Configuration.
• Experience with Windows and Linux troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of IT solution design and security concepts.
• Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and learn new technologies.

Preferred Background

Candidates from companies dealing with Canon, Samsung, Fujitsu, Kodak, HP, Brother or similar IT/printing products will be preferred.
