Microland is looking for a Presales Leader with a strong AI and solutions mindset to drive strategic transformation opportunities across enterprise operations, infrastructure, automation, and intelligent service delivery.
About the Role
This role will focus on helping customers modernize operational models using AI-led capabilities across observability, automation, analytics, service operations, and enterprise support environments. The individual will lead solutioning for strategic pursuits, shape differentiated transformation narratives, and work closely with sales, delivery, engineering, and platform teams to build scalable, outcome-driven customer solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong AI-led consulting and enterprise solutioning capability with practical understanding of infrastructure operations and managed services environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-centric solutioning and transformation discussions for strategic enterprise pursuits across infrastructure, operations, automation, and managed services.
- Shape differentiated solutions around:
- GenAI-assisted operations
- Intelligent automation
- AIOps and operational analytics
- AI-assisted service delivery
- Observability-led transformation
- Autonomous and proactive operations models
- Engage with enterprise customers to identify operational pain points and define transformation roadmaps aligned to measurable business outcomes.
- Build compelling value narratives around operational resilience, productivity improvement, automation adoption, service transformation, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with sales, delivery, platform engineering, and transformation teams to create scalable solution constructs and customer strategies.
- Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, executive presentations, and solution defense discussions.
- Define measurable success metrics such as:
- MTTR reduction
- Alert noise reduction
- Productivity improvement
- Ticket deflection
- Automation uplift
- Operational efficiency gains
- Create reusable solution assets, value frameworks, demos, and transformation playbooks to improve pursuit effectiveness and scalability.
- Provide market and customer feedback to internal engineering and transformation teams to strengthen solution differentiation and adoption.

Qualifications
- 12–18 years of experience in presales, enterprise solutioning, transformation consulting, or strategic technology advisory roles.

- Exposure to platforms/tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, automation/orchestration platforms, or enterprise AI ecosystems.
- Experience in AI transformation, observability modernization, automation consulting, or digital operations programs.
- Understanding of enterprise operating model transformation and AI adoption challenges.
