Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales Support
- Lead discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations, with a focus on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) modules.
- Design proof-of-concept solutions that address specific client requirements and use cases.
Sales Enablement
- Assist the sales team in crafting responses to RFPs, RFIs, and other formal client requests.
Consultative Engagement
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop persuasive proposals and articulate value propositions aligned with client objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering industry best practices and guidance on how D365 F&O can drive operational efficiency.
- Participate in scoping workshops to define project objectives, deliverables, and boundaries.
Solution Design
- Partner with technical teams to establish solution architecture and integration plans.
- Provide recommendations on configurations, customizations, and enhancements to meet business needs.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations while staying within budget and time constraints.
