Job Title: Presales Cyber Security Head

Job Summary
The Cyber Security Head will lead the organization's cybersecurity practice, owning strategy, solution
architecture, pre-sales leadership, and practice growth. This role requires deep expertise in cybersecurity
solutions, cloud security, identity security, device management, and modern security architectures. The
Cyber Security Head will work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, Delivery, OEM partners, and enterprise
customers to design secure, scalable solutions and drive B2B security business growth.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical capabilities across Microsoft 365 Security, Azure
Security, Google Workspace Security, Okta Identity & Access Management, ScaleFusion
(MDM/UEM), device security, and enterprise cyber defense technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cybersecurity Practice Leadership
● Lead the cybersecurity division, define service offerings, and drive strategic
roadmap execution.
● Develop and manage cybersecurity portfolios covering SOC, cloud security, IAM,
endpoint security, data protection, vulnerability management, and incident
response.
● Drive B2B sales growth by supporting Sales teams with technical expertise and
solution strategy.
● Maintain strong OEM partnerships, including security vendors, identity providers
(Okta), and MDM platforms (ScaleFusion).
2. Technical Expertise & Architecture Leadership
Demonstrate extensive hands-on expertise in:
● Infrastructure Security: Data center, network security, endpoint protection.
● Cloud Security: Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace (GWS), hybrid cloud
environments.
● Identity & Access Management: Deep understanding and practical experience in
Okta (SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, Zero Trust Identity).
● Device Management: Strong knowledge of ScaleFusion, Intune/Endpoint
Manager, and UEM platforms.
● Threat & Data Protection: DLP, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, encryption, threat
intelligence.
● Vulnerability & risk management for enterprise ecosystems.
● Designing best-in-class end-to-end security architectures tailored to customer
environments.
3. Pre-Sales Leadership & Solution Design
● Conduct technical discovery meetings, workshops, and cybersecurity
assessments with enterprise clients.
● Lead pre-sales activities including requirements gathering, architectural planning,
solution presentations, PoCs, and demos.
● Prepare RFI/RFP responses, solution documents, use-case mappings, and
BOQs/BOMs.
● Advise customers on securing infrastructure, cloud workloads, IAM models, and
device security programs.
● Improve funnel generation and convert qualified opportunities into secured
orders.
4. Cloud Security, Productivity Suites & Deployment Expertise
Demonstrate strong technical and deployment experience in:
● Microsoft 365 Security — Defender suite, Purview, Compliance, Identity
Protection.
● Email Migration & Deployment — M365, GWS, hybrid, and secure mail routing.
● Google Workspace — security policies, admin controls, data protection.
● Azure Security — IAM, Conditional Access, Defender for Cloud, Security
Center, Key Vault, NSGs, policies.
● ScaleFusion — MDM/UEM setup, device compliance, mobile security, kiosk
mode, DLP controls.
● Integrating IAM solutions such as Okta into cloud and on-prem ecosystems.
5. Delivery Governance & Cybersecurity Program Oversight
● Oversee implementation and delivery teams to ensure secure deployment of
cyber and cloud solutions.
● Review architecture designs, implementation plans, and risk assessments for
accuracy and compliance.
● Support post-sales engagements, escalations, and security incident response.
● Ensure adherence to standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and
organization-specific compliance requirements.
6. OEM, Vendor & Partner Management
● Build and maintain relationships with cybersecurity OEMs (Firewall, SIEM, EDR,
DLP, MFA, Backup vendors) and identity security partners (Okta).
● Work with MDM vendors like ScaleFusion to enhance solution delivery and
support.
● Keep updated on global threat landscape, emerging security solutions, and new
technology releases.
● Drive internal training and certification programs for cyber teams.
7. Sales, Marketing & Cross-functional Collaboration
● Partner with Sales teams to qualify opportunities, plan cybersecurity GTM
strategies, and prepare compelling value propositions.
● Assist with marketing events, webinars, and field activities that support
cybersecurity demand generation.
● Provide technical thought leadership during client meetings, board-level
presentations, and industry forums.
Qualifications & Experience Required
● 8–12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, pre-sales, or security architecture
roles.
● Strong hands-on knowledge of:
○ Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
○ Azure Security Architecture
○ Google Workspace Security
○ Okta IAM (MFA, SSO, Zero Trust, lifecycle management)
○ ScaleFusion MDM/UEM (device compliance, security policies, deployment)
○ Enterprise firewalls, IPS/IDS, DLP, SIEM/SOAR, anti-malware, endpoint protection
● Experience supporting B2B sales cycles and leading technical engagements with enterprise
customers.
● Proven success in designing enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions.
● Strong communication, presentation, customer engagement, and leadership skills.
Preferred
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
● Advanced Security Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AZ-500, MS-500, Security+, Okta
Professional/Architect.
● Experience working with System Integrators, MSSPs, or Cloud Security Providers.
● Experience leading teams or cybersecurity practices.
