Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Practice Lead to spearhead our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Analytics division. This is a high-impact, hybrid role designed for a strategic thinker who lives at the intersection of Data/AI and RGM & Supply Chain (Commercial) Strategy.
As the Practice Lead, you will be the primary architect of our CPG market expansion, driving customer acquisition through expert-led presales and deep domain authority. You will work hand-in-hand with our Field Sales teams to translate complex AI capabilities into high-value business outcomes for global CPG brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth & Presales Leadership: Lead the technical sell by partnering with Field Sales to identify opportunities, lead discovery sessions, and design bespoke analytics roadmaps to win new logos.
- Domain Expertise: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one (ideally multiple) of the following areas: Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO), Supply Chain Optimization, or Consumer/Shopper Insights.
- Solution Architecture: Bridge the gap between data science and the boardroom by defining how AI/ML models can solve specific CPG pain points.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 1012 years of professional experience in CPG analytics, with a proven track record in leadership and customer acquisition.
- AI Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML applications within the CPG and retail landscape, particularly regarding predictive modeling and optimization.
- Commercial Acumen: Ability to align technical data solutions with commercial strategies (RGM, Supply Chain, and Marketing).
- Collaborative Sales: Experience working directly with field sales teams to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.
