About Project/Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Healthcare Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in the US Healthcare ecosystem to support presales engagements across payer/provider solutions. This role is critical to strengthening our domain-led solutioning capabilities—helping translate client challenges into impactful, scalable, and compliant healthcare technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, presales exposure, and the ability to collaborate with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to win strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

Domain-Led Presales & Solutioning

• Act as the US Healthcare domain anchor across presales opportunities
• Participate in discovery discussions to understand client needs across payer/provider workflows
• Map business pain points to solution offerings in areas like:
• Claims processing & adjudication
• Member enrollment & billing
• Care management & utilization management
• Provider data & revenue cycle management
• Provide domain inputs and validation for solution architectures, ensuring business alignment and feasibility
• Shape solution narratives, valuepropositions, and differentiators for healthcare clients

Proposal & RFP Support

• Contribute to RFP/RFI/RFQ responses with healthcare-specific insights and compliance alignment
• Build domain-focused solution sections, including workflows, business rules, and outcomes
• Support effort estimation assumptions from a functional and process standpoint
• Ensure alignment with US healthcare regulations and standards (HIPAA, CMS guidelines, etc.)

Customer Engagement & Advisory

• Engage with client stakeholders (business + technical) during solution discussions, workshops, and presentations
• Articulate healthcare workflows and transformation journeys in a business-friendly manner
• Support deal shaping and solution positioning with strong domain credibility

Collaboration & Internal Enablement

• Work closely with solution architects, presales, and delivery teams to validate solutions
• Provide domain inputs for accelerators, assets, case studies, and GTM collateral
• Enable internal teams on US healthcare trends, workflows, and best practices

Thought Leadership

• Stay updated on industry trends such as:

Value-based care

Interoperability (FHIR, HL7)

AI-driven claims and care intelligence

• Contribute to domain POVs, whitepapers, and solution frameworks

Required Skills & Experience

Domain Expertise

• Strong experience in US Healthcare domain (8–10 years)
• Exposure to Payer and/or Provider operations
• Deep understanding of:

Claims lifecycle

Enrollment & eligibility

Revenue cycle management (RCM)

EPIC, Cerner (EHR & it's workflows)

Fraud, Waste & Abuse

Care management

Presales & Solutioning

• Experience supporting presales engagements, solutioning, or consulting roles
• Ability to convert business requirements into functional solution constructs
• Experience working on proposals, client demos, and workshops

Regulatory & Standards

• Good knowledge of:
• HIPAA compliance
• CMS regulations
• Interoperability standards (FHIR/HL7 – preferred)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and storytelling ability
• Ability to interact with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with healthcare SMEs/presales teams or consulting organizations.
• Exposure to digital transformation, cloud, data, or AI initiatives in healthcare.
• Experience working with US-based clients or onsite coordination.
