About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Presales Consultant with strong Healthcare domain expertise to support our sales and solutioning efforts. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with sales, delivery, and clients to craft compelling, value-driven proposals for healthcare customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements, especially within Healthcare (Payer/Provider/Pharma) domains.
• Design and propose end-to-end solutions aligned with client business challenges and industry standards.
• Lead solution discussions, client presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with tailored, high-quality proposals.
• Collaborate with technical teams to create solution architectures, effort estimates, and pricing models.
• Develop reusable assets, case studies, and solution accelerators for healthcare offerings.
• Stay updated with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD, etc.) and industry trends
• Support deal closures by addressing technical queries and participating in negotiations.
• Work closely with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and solution alignment

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology
• Experience with 5+ years of experiences as presales consultant
• Cloud Expertise: Microsoft Azure services (VMs, App Services, AKS, Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Managed Instance, Power BI, Fabric).
• Data Modernization: Experience in designing data migration or analytics modernization roadmaps.
• Solutioning Ability: Familiarity with CAF methodology, landing zone design, cost estimation, and migration tooling (Azure Migrate, DMS, HCX).
• Business Acumen: Ability to translate customer pain points into quantifiable business value and ROI.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, proposal writing, presentation, and stakeholder management.
• Preferred Exposure: Microsoft Partner ecosystem, pre-sales automation tools, or prior experience in client-facing consulting roles.
• Azure-related certifications preferred:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Associate (AZ-305)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) or AI-900 / DP-900
