Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong background in IT/Tech sales and ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by generating leads, understanding client requirements, delivering compelling product demos, and supporting the sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic lead generation campaigns, including email marketing, to identify and engage potential clients in the GCC/Middle East region.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand business requirements, processes, and challenges, translating them into ERP and CRM solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for senior stakeholders, highlighting solution capabilities, ROI, and business impact.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and support deal closure.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ERP platforms (Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce), staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide feedback to product teams for continuous improvement based on customer interactions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or IT/ERP/CRM sales (preferably in the Middle East or GCC markets).
- Proven experience with ERP/CRM platforms such as Odoo, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of digital transformation solutions and enterprise business processes.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote setup and manage multiple client engagements.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the GCC/Middle East region if required.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience in B2B IT sales or digital transformation projects.
- Understanding of industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, logistics, or finance.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to convert technical discussions into business value propositions.
