We're hiring a Presales Consultant at EarthZ Enterprise!
Are you ready to be the critical vanguard between digital attention and definitive sales execution We are curating a high-performance real estate division and looking for a driven Presales Consultant to transform prospects into qualified, high-intent site visits.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Division: EarthZ Real Estate
What You'll Do:
* Command inbound and outbound communications, qualifying leads with precision based on budget, investment objectives, and buying timelines.
* Present bespoke project options, lead initial client consultations, and orchestrate seamless site visits.
* Maintain hyper-accurate data hygiene within the CRM ecosystem.
* Govern premium digital property listings (e.g., 99acres) and spearhead outbound activation campaigns.
What You Bring:
* Fresher to 1 year of dedicated experience in pre-sales, tele-advisory, or sales.
* Exceptional verbal command and articulation in both English and Hindi.
* High-caliber interpersonal persuasion and flawless data entry execution.
* Bonus: An intuitive understanding of luxury/commercial real estate and prior hands-on capability with Zoho CRM.
Compensation:
* Base: 3,00,000/annum
* Highly Rewarding Incentives: 20,000 per sales closure & 2,000 per rental closure!
