Presales Consultant

The Pre Sales Consultant is responsible for providing pre-sales consulting services to prospective customers / channel partners. The role holder recommends appropriate technical solutions for prospects based on their requirements and specifications. Providing technical support to Business and sales group, designing and delivering technical training programs to customers / channel partners is critical to the role.

Key Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years experience in networking, server & storage and Security.
2. Managing relation with OEM along with Channel Partners & End Customers.
3. Up to date on current technology in Switching/Routing/Network Security & Wireless.
4. Able to do demo POC for the product responsible for.
5. Aware about basic troubleshooting, Wireless Survey, Heat Maps etc.
6. Good Communication skills & flexible mindset to work and travel
