About The Role
Support the Network Architect in designing integration solutions across Network & Security Integration Services, Digital Integration Services, Cloud Integration Services, IPT/Voice, and Tools. Lead the design of end-to-end solutions for IT outsourcing engagements, including Walk-in Takeover (WITO) deals, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer expectations and operational requirements. Focus on presales activities to craft scalable and efficient architectures, service support models etc. facilitating seamless transitions.
Overall accountability & responsibility
Solution Design for IT Outsourcing Deals:
- Lead end-to-end solution design for IT outsourcing and WITO deals.
- Ensure seamless transition and alignment with customer goals through robust design frameworks.
Transition and Transformation Planning:
- Develop detailed transition and transformation strategies addressing risk management, SLA adherence, and optimization opportunities.
Technical Consultation:
- Collaborate with the Lead Architect to understand project requirements and define architectural vision and strategy.
- Provide technical consultation and best practice guidance during the presales phase.
Design Assistance:
- Develop integration solution proposals aligned with architectural blueprints.
- Review and refine designs to ensure they meet presales objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Engage with customers, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
- Participate in review meetings to present presales strategies and gather feedback.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain documentation for technical specifications, design choices, and presales deliverables.
- Ensure presales documentation is clear and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in solution designs and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure presales solutions comply with industry standards and regulations.
Pre & Post-Sales Engagement:
- Support pre-sales and bid teams in technical qualification for customer service management needs.
- Validate enterprise integration architectures and participate in solution demos and pilots to ensure customized requirement success.
