This is Deepa R. General Manager, Leadership, Strategic and Corporate Hiring.

I lead the recruitment endeavors for a broad spectrum of niche roles with QualityKiosk Technologies (World's largest Quality Assurance Company & top in class in the Quality Digital Engineering Realm).

Role: Senior Presales Consultant / Lead with exp in APAC and ME markets.

Mandatory criteria

Pre-sales for process automation services in Banking (Retail Banking, Corporate banking) & Capital Markets (Broking, Trading firms, Stock Exchanges) is needed

Work Location: Mumbai

POSITION STATEMENT:

Pre-Sales Lead should have the ability to manage and work with disparate teams, create end to end solutions that meet the client requirements, as well as defend the solution with all the internal and external stakeholders. Opportunity to be a Thought Leader on Shift Left + Shift Right

Experience: Overall 12+years of experience in similar sector.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

  • Understanding of end-to-end testing process / post go live services / process automation and documenting the same is a critical competency.
  • Experience in pre-sales, proposal making, presenting the solutions to the clients would be an added advantage.
  • Understand different effort estimation methodologies and apply them to specific proposals is critical skill for the role.
  • Articulate Techno-Commercial Optimization for the deals to ensure balance between winnability and deliverability

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze RFP / Requirements and solutioning.
  • Prepare Solution & articulate a winning proposition
  • Own effort estimation & deal governance
  • Engage with BU teams to initiate approvals.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Delivery teams to explore further opportunities with the clients by optimizing the effort & lead the conversations with COPs.
