Role Overview
The Sales Enablement & Bid Management (SEG) function supports the sales and presales organization in improving pursuit quality, strengthening proposal narratives, and increasing win rates.
The team works across proposal development, pursuit orchestration, sales collateral creation, industry research, and knowledge management. A strong focus of this function is the use of Gen AI tools to improve proposal productivity, insight generation, and content creation.
Depending on seniority, candidates will contribute to strategic bid leadership, proposal management, or research and asset development.

Role Description:
Strategic Bid Leadership
- Lead complex RFP/RFI pursuits from qualification through submission.
- Define pursuit structure, win themes, and response strategy.
- Ensure narrative cohesion across multiple service lines.
Proposal Quality & Differentiation
- Own executive summaries, win themes, and proposal storyline.
- Guide teams in converting technical solutions into business outcomes.
Commercial Coordination
- Work with finance and delivery teams to validate pricing assumptions and commercial models.
- Ensure proposals align with margin and risk guardrails.
Sales Enablement
- Build reusable assets such as case studies, proposal templates, industry narratives, and playbooks.
- Support sales teams with discovery frameworks and positioning material.
Gen AI Adoption
- Drive use of Gen AI tools for proposal drafting, research, summarization, and asset creation.
- Establish best practices for AI-assisted proposal development.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a team of bid managers and analysts.
- Define operating rhythms and proposal quality standards.
Bid Coordination
- Manage end-to-end RFP responses including timelines, trackers, and stakeholder coordination.
- Consolidate inputs from solution architects, delivery leaders, and finance teams.
Proposal Development
- Draft proposal sections including service descriptions, delivery approach, and executive summaries.
- Ensure responses are structured, compliant, and differentiated.
Content & Asset Management
- Maintain repositories of case studies, reusable proposal content, and capability documents.
- Assist in updating industry narratives and solution collateral.
Research & Insights
- Conduct industry research, competitor analysis, and client intelligence to strengthen proposals.
Gen AI Utilization
- Use Gen AI tools to assist in proposal drafting, research, and content structuring.
