Role: Pre-Sales Consultant with BFSI Domain

Experience: 6-10 Years

Location- Bangalore

Work Mode- 3 days WFO

Job Description:

A seasoned professional with proven track record of Business development/Pre-Sales in IT Solution/Services space with relevant experience in product engineering services and BFSI.

Responsibilities: AI/ML Solution Development –

  • Proposal Management: Demonstrated expertise in responding to product engineering Proposals, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs accurately and promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (cloud, engineering, product, etc.) to gather information and ensure comprehensive responses.
  • Customization: Tailor proposals to meet specific client needs, highlighting our capabilities and competitive advantages.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify potential business opportunities and create proactive proposals to meet client needs and market demands.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance proposal quality and relevance.
  • POV Development: Research, design, and develop compelling Points of View (POVs) to demonstrate the value and impact of our solutions to prospective clients. Business & Technical
  • Strategy Development: Strategy Preparation: Develop winning strategies for proposals and presentations, ensuring comprehensive responses for product engineering opportunities, including formal RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
  • Coordination: Anchor deliverables and estimations/pricing in consultation with Sales, Practice, Delivery, Finance, Legal, and Delivery Excellence teams.
  • Evangelism: Actively promote the company's offerings and solutions, addressing both stated and unstated customer needs during interactions and visits.
  • Technical Knowledge: Maintain and expand knowledge of product engineering including AI and relevant tools to stay ahead of industry trends. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and other necessary tools to create and deliver impactful client presentations.
  • People Management : Capable of making independent decisions and delegating responsibilities effectively. Foster team development by encouraging relevant questions and seeking clarifications. Apply logical thinking to analyse situations and make appropriate decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management : Work closely with Practice Heads, Vertical Heads, and multiple internal teams globally for solutioning and proposal development. Follow pre-sales processes and metrics, providing timely updates to senior management. Participate in the transition process to the delivery team, ensuring smooth project initiation.
