Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented individuals to join our team as Presales Associates for the US market.

The role involves connecting with prospective parents, understanding their requirements, explaining Bhanzu's learning programmes, and encouraging them to attend trial classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Explain Bhanzu's courses and learning programmes to parents.
• Understand customer requirements and address basic queries.
• Follow up with prospective customers and callback requests.
• Encourage parents to book and attend trial classes.
• Maintain accurate lead information and update customer details in the CRM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in the US night shift (9 PM – 6 AM).
• Must have a personal laptop.
• Stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup are mandatory.
• Comfortable working 6 days a week.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
