As we continue to grow, we are seeking a high-energy Pre-Sales Associate to join our growth engine. You will be the primary architect of our proposals, working closely with our executive leadership to translate complex technical capabilities into winning business solutions. This is a role for a smart, client-presentable professional who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Crafting: Own the end-to-end client response process, including RFP/ RFI/ RFQS. You will create high-impact, visually professional, and technically accurate proposals.
  • Solutioning Support: Collaborate with technical leads to define solution architectures, project timelines, and cost estimates.
  • The AI Edge: Infuse AI-driven efficiencies and modern solutioning into our client offerings to differentiate us from legacy vendors.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the Key liaison between Sales, Delivery, and Operations to ensure every bid is profitable and deliverable.
  • Client Presentations: Support the executive team in pitch presentations, ensuring our value proposition is clear, concise, and compelling.
  • Sales Enablement: Maintain a repository of case studies, capability decks, and standardized pricing models to reduce redundancy in the sales cycle.

Required Qualifications & Skill Sets

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Pre-sale or Bid management role within the IT Services/Consulting domain.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with modern tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI/ML) and SDLC (Agile/DevOps).
  • The Smart Factor: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to simplify complex technical jargon for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Efficiency Mindset: Experience using tools (like CRM, AI writing assistants, or project management software) to speed up proposal turnaround times.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or Business (MBA is a plus but not required if the experience is solid).

  • The Bridge Builder: Effective communication should be maintained with techies just as seamlessly as with stakeholders.
  • Detail Obsessed: A typo in a 50-page RFP can be spotted at a glance.
