Job Title: Presales Associate,
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 0.6 Months - 2 years
About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and driven Pre-Sales Associates to manage and convert
inbound leads. You will engage with customers through calls, chats, and CRM, understand
their needs, and drive them to visit our state-of-the-art Experience Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle inbound leads via calls, chat, and CRM.
● Understand customer requirements and explain the value of visiting our
Experience Centers.
● Convert potential customers into store visits and pass qualified leads to
Sales/Retail teams.
● Maintain updated and accurate lead information on CRM.
● Work closely with Sales & Retail teams for seamless lead handover and conversion.
Requirements:
● Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
● Ability to understand customer needs and guide them effectively.
● Target-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
● Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
