This is a full-time remote role for a Presales Associate - International/Freshers. As a Presales Associate, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, effectively communicating product value, and consulting on potential solutions tailored to client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients through calls and virtual mediums, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the presales process to drive business opportunities.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build meaningful client interactions
• Proficiency in Consulting and Presales to effectively present and pitch products or services
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying motivated and organized
