We are seeking a skilled Presales APM professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in presales, focusing on application performance management solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can enhance their business operations.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies and proposals that meet client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of RFPs and RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and relevance.
- Support the implementation of solutions post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in presales or technical sales roles, preferably in software or technology sectors.
- Dynatrace Implementation / POC - Must have
- Kubernetes - Must have
- Presales - Good to have
- Other APM (like AppD / DataDog / Splunk / Elastic / ELK) - Good to have
