Benori (www.benori.com) is seeking a Presales Analyst to support its Data & AI practice, with a strong focus on crafting high-quality AI and technology proposals. The role involves developing client-facing proposals, solution documents, RFP responses, and pitch decks for AI/ML, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives. This position is based in Gurgaon.
Key Responsibilities:·
- Collaborate with Sales, Data & AI, business, and technology teams to develop high-quality proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pitch decks, and solution documents
- Translate client requirements into tailored AI and technology-driven solution approaches
- Develop compelling value propositions, solution narratives, and executive summaries for client engagements
- Ensure proposals align with client objectives, delivery feasibility, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Build and maintain reusable assets, including proposal content, case studies, and knowledge repositories
- Stay updated on trends across AI, GenAI, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation to strengthen solution positioning
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4–5 years of experience in presales, proposal development, or consulting roles
- Strong experience in drafting proposals for AI/ML, analytics, data engineering, or digital transformation solutions
- Good understanding of technologies such as Generative AI, machine learning, data platforms, cloud, and automation
- Experience working with consulting, technology, or similar organizations
- Demonstrated ability in value engineering, including ROI/TCO analysis, benefits articulation, and measurement frameworks
- Strong communication, structuring, and storytelling skills for client-facing content
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
