Job Purpose
Manage and grow prepaid revenue business for the circle by leveraging pillars of growth and grow subscriber base through effective retention strategies.
Driving Customer Upgrades, Customer Engagement, UL/Non UL Net Additions and Tertiary upliftment through the UL & Non UL product interventions
Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
With almost 70% of circle revenue dependency on prepaid business, the role of prepaid lead becomes critical as we look to penetrate in priority markets (Metro and 4G towns) and challenge competition. Key accountabilities of the roles include:-
Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
Exposure to 121/ CVM process handling shall be added advantage.
Excel/SAS/BI
Understanding of Prepaid Charging Systems (IN/IT)
Must have technical / professional qualifications
MBA from reputed institute with 7+ years of work experience
Analytical and Data crunching skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel
Communication and presentation skills
