Hiring: Premium Sales Executive (Architect Segment)
Location: Surat (South Gujarat Travel Required)

Salary: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and result-oriented Premium Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, and Developers and drive high-value premium product sales.
This is NOT a routine sales job.
This is a high-growth, high-earning opportunity for someone who understands premium positioning, client psychology, and relationship selling.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Real Estate Developers
- High-value Contractors
- Promote premium wall texture products (high margin, high value)
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Generate and close high-ticket orders
- Create long-term client pipelines (not just small orders)
- Work closely with design-focused clients and decision-makers
Who We Are Looking For
We want hungry performers, not time-pass candidates.
Must Have:
- 2–4 years of experience in:
- Building materials / Interior products / Real estate sales
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Confidence to handle premium clients
- Willingness to travel across South Gujarat
Big Advantage If:
- You have existing contacts with architects/designers
- You understand premium/luxury product selling
- You are target-driven and ambitious
- Qualification in Architectural Field.
Not Suitable If:
- You prefer office-based or low-effort roles
- You are not comfortable meeting clients daily
- You are only used to dealer counter sales
Compensation (Performance-Driven)
- Fixed Salary: ₹ 50000-75000 /month
- High Incentives (uncapped) based on premium sales
- Petrol + Mobile expenses covered
Top performers can earn 2X–3X of salary through incentives
