Job Description

We are seeking energetic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Premium Auditors. In this role, you will conduct audits on Workers Compensation and General Liability insurance policies for various insurance carriers. You will review financial and payroll records, communicate with clients and accountants, and prepare audit reports that help insurance companies accurately determine policy premiums and assess risk exposure.

Requirements

  • Experience in Premium Auditing, Insurance Auditing, Workers Compensation Audits, or General Liability Audits
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial record analysis
  • Experience reviewing payroll registers, quarterly 941s, SUTA reports, general ledgers, sales ledgers, and related financial documents
  • Understanding of insurance policies, premium calculations, and risk assessment concepts
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple audits simultaneously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business applications
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in insurance, premium audit, underwriting support, audit compliance, or related audit functions preferred
  • Candidates whose experience is primarily focused on HR, payroll processing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or Chartered Accountancy practice will not be a fit for this role
